Refund Policy

At Lioralet, we are committed to providing a luxury experience, not just in our handcrafted equipment, but in how we care for you throughout your journey. This policy is designed to be clear, fair, and customer first, while protecting the craftsmanship and care that go into every order.
Returns
We offer free returns within 60 days of delivery for eligible items, including open box returns on reformers.
Eligible for Return
The Lioralet Studio Reformer and Lioralet Studio Reformer Tower edition, if:
- The product is in good condition and includes all original parts and packaging materials
- The return is initiated within 60 days of delivery
- The return is approved by our team via email
- The pickup is scheduled within 7 days of approval
Not Eligible for Return
- Accessories such as Grippy Socks, Ball and Circle, 5 lb weights, and any items marked as complimentary or gifted at checkout
- Items with heavy wear, missing parts, or damage beyond normal trial use
- Items returned without authorization
How Returns Work
- Contact us through the contact page on our home page with your order number and reason for return
- If eligible, we will send a return approval and schedule carrier pickup from your home
- Our carrier brings packing materials if needed and handles transport
- Once we receive and inspect the return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method
Refunds
Refunds are processed after we receive and verify the returned item is complete and in good condition.
Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
Refunds are issued in full, minus any original shipping costs, only if expedited shipping was selected. Standard shipping is always free.
Order Cancellations
We understand that plans change. Here is how cancellations work.
Cancel Within 48 Hours
Orders may be canceled within 48 hours of purchase with no cancellation fee.
After 48 Hours
We cannot guarantee cancellation after 48 hours, as production may have already begun.
Please contact us as soon as possible. If the item has not yet entered production, we will do our best to accommodate.
Important: Once your order has shipped, it cannot be canceled. You may request a return upon delivery if the item qualifies.
Order Changes
Changes such as address updates or product selection may be requested within 48 hours of ordering.

Damaged or Missing Items
If your reformer arrives damaged or missing parts:
- Contact us through the contact page on our home page within 14 days of delivery
- Include your order number, photos, and a brief description of the issue
- We will repair or replace the item at no additional cost
Please inspect your package before signing the delivery waybill. If damage is visible, note it with the delivery driver to help expedite any resolution.
