Shipping Regions

We currently ship within the United States only.

At this time, we are unable to deliver to:

• P.O. Boxes

• APO/FPO/DPO military addresses

Shipping Costs

We offer complimentary shipping on all Lioralet orders within the United States.

No additional duties, customs fees, or import charges will be required upon delivery.

Order Processing & Delivery

Because each reformer is carefully prepared and quality-checked prior to shipment, processing times vary depending on the model ordered.

Lioralet Studio Reformer

• Estimated preparation time: 3–4 weeks

• Estimated transit time after shipment: 3–7 business days

Lioralet Studio Reformer Tower Edition

• Estimated preparation time: 4–5 weeks

• Estimated transit time after shipment: 3–7 business days

Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information via email.

Tracking Information

All orders include tracked delivery service.

Tracking details will be sent to the email address provided at checkout once your shipment is in transit.

Delivery Information

Due to the size and weight of reformer equipment, we recommend ensuring someone is available to receive and move the delivery indoors if needed.
