My story

I built Lioralet for the woman who keeps putting herself last.

My name is Sarah Cohen, founder of Lioralet. This brand began with a simple frustration: the studio routine I loved did not fit the life I was actually living.

The problem was never motivation. It was access.

I used to think I needed more discipline. Then I realized the system was built against real women with real lives. Studio classes meant booking ahead, driving across town, paying premium prices, and hoping nothing interrupted the plan.

And life always interrupted the plan.

I wanted the feeling of a private Pilates studio without needing a private studio schedule. I wanted something beautiful enough to live in the home, quiet enough for early mornings, and simple enough to use before the day began asking for everything.
