At Lioralet, we stand behind the quality of our Studio Reformer and want you to feel confident in your purchase.

60-Day Risk-Free Trial

You may request a return within 60 days of receiving your Lioralet Studio Reformer if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return:

  • The reformer must be in good condition

  • All original parts, accessories, and packaging must be included

  • The product must not show excessive damage, misuse, or abnormal wear

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact our support team at pilates@shoplioralet.com with:

  • Your order number

  • Your reason for return

  • Photos/videos

Our team will provide detailed return instructions.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for your refund to appear depending on your bank or payment provider.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

Return  shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your reformer arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or videos of the issue.

We will work with you to provide a replacement or refund where applicable.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return your original purchase and place a new order.
