Getting my body back after baby #2

Down two dress sizes in 11 weeks.
I'm not exaggerating when I say I tried everything. Postpartum workouts on YouTube, the Peloton my husband bought me, a personal trainer I drove 25 minutes to see twice. Nothing stuck. The Lioralet stuck because I literally walk past it on the way to the kitchen. I do 20 minutes most mornings while my toddler watches Bluey. Eleven weeks later I'm down two dress sizes and — this is the part that surprised me — my back pain is gone. Worth every dollar.
