At Lioralet, we believe premium performance equipment deserves premium shipping service. Below you'll find everything you need to know about how and when your order will reach your doorstep.
We currently ship within the United States only, to all addresses supported by Shopify’s standard shipping zones.
Unfortunately, we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes or military (APO/FPO/DPO) addresses at this time.
We proudly offer free shipping on all orders — no minimums, no surprises.
Shipping times vary based on the product ordered
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
All Lioralet shipments include tracked delivery and email notifications.
You’ll receive a tracking link once your order leaves our facility.
Important: Large reformer deliveries may require assistance. Please ensure someone is available to help unload the unit and bring it inside.
We offer returns within 60 days of delivery for eligible items, including open-box returns on reformers.
To start a return or exchange, contact us through the contact page on our home page and include your order number and reason for return.
If your return is approved, we will arrange pickup instructions and coordinate the return process.
Please note: customers are responsible for return shipping costs associated with returns and refunds. Return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund amount.

All shipments are sent Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) — meaning we cover all duties, customs, and taxes.
You will not pay anything extra upon delivery.
